Welcome to the Township of King Bid Opportunities Website

Effective February 16, 2018 the Township of King joined local municipalities in using bids&tenders™ for digital procurement management.  If you are not a current subscriber to bids&tenders™, you will need to subscribe as a vendor to receive notice of opportunities and submit bids to the Township of King.  

Vendors will be able to download a free preview of the bid documents without registering as a plan taker. Only those interested in submitting a competitive bid will be subject to a bidding fee.

The Township of King does not charge any document, project or administrative fees to bidders.  The annual subscription to bids&tenders is the only charge you will incur to place unlimited bids for township business.

If you do not already have a bids&tenders account, you can create one here.

A free account lets you browse opportunities and get bid alerts. When you’re ready to register as a plan taker or ready to submit to a bid opportunity, you can pick a subscription plan for ongoing access or select Pay-Per-Bid for one-time access.

1. Complete the company details and provide primary contact information below.
2. Review any optional sections (diverse supplier, categories, agency notifications, additional contacts).
3. Click Create Account to finish the account setup.

• You can browse bid opportunities for free, right away.
• To register or submit to a bid, pick an access option:
  • Subscription plan – Select a plan for ongoing access across agencies to participate in bid opportunities.
  • Pay-Per-Bid– buy access to a single bid opportunity from its bid page (no plan).
  • If the agency covers access, no subscription is required.

Note:It’s the vendor’s responsibility for maintaining up-to-date and accurate company profile information.

Viewing Bids

Open bids appear below, however by using the status drop down list you may search historical or planned bids by selecting a status such as closed, planned, awarded, cancelled, etc.

Unofficial bid results for most bid opportunities are posted the same day as the bid closes.
