This Request for Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the Township of King (the “Township”) to prospective Bidders to submit Bid for the Closure of a former Landfill owned by the Township, located on the 11th Concession in King Township. The project involves site preparation, cut/fill of the soil following the cut/fill plan, contouring of the site following the contour plan, importing soil for seeding and seeding the entire project area as further described in Part IV of the RFT |
